What went wrong Almost everything on top of a bit of racism Firstly we returned some products that we bought online but although 1 month passes return process did not completed and we did not receive any money back As most of us would do I called the DE customer service my advise is don t call them wait for a miracle but don t expect anything from the call The person on the phone did not speak English so I tried my best to tell her the problem and situation in German while informing them my German is not that good So I explained my problem and the lady started to speak respond so fast that I could not understand anything And I KINDLY told her again that my German is not that good could you please speak a bit slowly Guess what She hanged up the phone to my ear - directly without telling anything We didn t know that only German people can buy Adidas and get service from customer service Sorry to bother you Adidas and employees Please remember to put a sticker to your products saying only for Germans
