Bad customer service bad reputation at swaping any products
I bought a running shoe online but when I received it was too small I sent it back to adidas the following day after receiving it to swap for a bigger size but guess what their warehouse made a mistake and refunded the money back even though I had never requested it Adidas sent me a code for me to process a new order again but the product increased in price and they did not want to match the price with the original order I do not recommend using adidas and if you are going to change any products with them be prepared that you are going to have lots of headaches Just research around the internet to see their bad reputation and what other customers say when they try to swap any product AESX1120410

Adidas has a customer support service
Adidas has a customer support service that completely lacks professional qualities in helping customers The customer support service at adidas is a low-skilled bunch of people whose goal is not to help adidas customers but to make every effort to ensure that Adidas customers never receive any help Adidas violates the consumer protection law and cynically informs its customers about it Also the adidas customer support staff does not like that I legally express my opinion in the comments that Adidas will make low-quality things and after receiving complaints from customers cynically violates the consumer protection law

I like the products but the customer
I like the products but the customer services in Spain are horrible I asked on WhatsApp if they new how can i clean my Adidas superstar because the front part of the sneakers has become yellow They suggested and sent me the link to buy a cleaning product from Adidas website I bought it but with no results at all When i contacted with them again they told me that this product is to use it before the sneakers become yellow and if i want to clean this yellow i should search on YouTube Basically i threw my money to the trash buying a product that will not help at all and they new this from the beginning Im still waiting to respond me

my parcel was lost
my parcel was lost i had to contact them twice to log a claim and they were unwilling to replace my order They just told me they wold refund me so I could order again but my size was not in stock any longer and the discount was not available any more and they refused to help me any further Shocking customer service for a big company

Been a customer for 25 years Adidas have no warranty
Been a customer for 25 years and will no longer buy Adidas A few months after buying and light use the shoes started falling apart and Adidas have no warranty Their customer support don t read emails and send you copy paste replies every single time They re offering me 20 off a new pair Sad to leave but I ll be buying Vans and Nike in the future

A well deserved 1 review
I have bought a lot of adidas shoes but the weightlifting ones are a totally different size They are short and narrow I returned them but they still haven t sent new ones out The chat link never works the telephone chat is not bad and staff do speak English often The delivery address was updated before the order but they put a 5 year old address on the bill and the only solution is to return the shoes again They CANT match the ONLY delivery address with the bill For a big company this is pathetic and a good reason not to buy or use the App as support seems only able to make excuses not be proactive in resolving them UPDATE Having been told today the replacements had been processed and I should have them this week I just got a vague email stating there were delays What exactly does that tell me Anyway I cancelled by email and a refund will take 14 days Why No more Adidas shoes will be purchased by me

Black Friday order cancelled Adidas is asking twice the original price of the order now
Adidas offered two pairs of shoes for 80 euros in a Black Friday deal Now they have cancelled my order stating the products are out of stock but the products are still available for sale at the webshop Upon contacting the customer service they informed me the order was cancelled because the listed price was incorrect It is forbidden under EU law Directive 2005 29 EC to cancel orders due to publicly announced incorrect pricing as this is the responsability of the seller Adidas is asking now 170 euros for the same order and is offering very kindly 20 euros discount This is completely unacceptable If this is not resolved entirely meaning my original order is processed and shipped immediately I will have to file a complaint with the Instituto Nacional del Consumo and obviously will never buy Adidas again
