Worst customer service experience horrible product quality
Since there is no option to actually write reviews on any of their products I will do it here I purchased Adidas originals in May after my old ones broke I was determined to take good care of the shoes and made sure not to overwear them but regardless shoes like that should withstand daily use The sole almost fully detached itself in August I contacted Adidas multiple times via E-Mail By the time I got an answer this time via WhatsApp Chat it was late September and I have since moved to Canada My complaint was neither fully understood nor appropriately addressed I repeatedly said that returning the shoes is not an option and that a mere 15 discount code is not appropriate after having a product break after 3 months Ever since it has been a back and forth of multiple messages via WhatsApp Emails are not received and I cannot call which get the same unsatisfying and unprofessional reply once in a blue moon I have tried repeatedly and regularly to get into touch with Adidas and have since gotten about 2 replies Both were neither satisfactory nor complete nor considerate nor logical This is by far the worst customer experience I have experienced And the fact that the same product broke once after a year and the other time within 3 months is a horrible indication regarding quality of product I am beyond disappointed

Shady business practices and meaningless guarantee policies
I had recently had a somewhat unbelievable experience with Adidas NL I would expect such a large international company to value their customer relationships but in the past several month I have learned this is not the case I have found them to be an untrustworthy company and their customer service is dismissive unhelpful and uninformative They don t comply with their own guarantee policy for products quality for up to 12 months from the purchase date I purchased two pairs of Gazelle shoes and both fell apart in less than 8 months When I tried to reach out for a warranty claim they agreed it was a problem and requested I send the shoes back I did this the normal refund time is apparently 14 days once they receive the shoes They then requested my bank details Now in the 2 months I have heard nothing helpful from them and when I have inquired about what is going on and when I will be refunded they respond my case is being looked into with no follow up for 2 months

Disgusting customer service
Disgusting customer service When I returned part of my order I chose to receive a gift card instead of a refund as a gesture of good will and to facilitate a quicker transaction Instead I received no gift card a week later and I was told that I would only be able to use it on the webshop and only in the country I had made my original order As I am leaving this country I asked to receive a refund instead which I was not granted because I have already made a choice They are actively punishing their customers for showing good will in their transactions with the company Disgrace

No refund received and horrible customer service
I placed an order and received a confirmation for it After not having received my product in more than a week I contacted customer service they first introduced themselves as Reebok but I ordered fromAdidas nl and they mentioned that the order didn t go through because of a technical issue and that I would get a refund I had to place another order but the size that I needed was out of stock But up untilI have NOT received the refund I m very DISSATISFIED and won t be ordering from adidas nl again Customer service is HORRIBLE and they just don t care about their customers

The customer service is horrible I recently ordered a birthday gift for my husband when the shoe came it had a defect Now the size is not available and they refuse to give us a similar other shoe I have to wait till adidas decides to give me my money back Horrible We are thinking tongo back to Nike at least they know what customer service is

adidas Nederlands online shop scammers Take care of Dutch adidas fraud and thieves I have personally packed two pair of adidas sneakers in the original boxes and have returned them in official post point Post NL After few emails from adidas about delay return check I have received the email from adidas that the box I have returned came to them empty with only papers inside and that my refund is not going to be processed I was in shock I have send them the proof of shipment weight but I have receive again the same email from them no refund Why I would send them back empty boxes and pay for it afterwards There is no common sense They should check there warehouse or with Post NL to open the case Post NL have informed me that adidas didn t contact them I see there are MANY more cases like mine here and on Google reviews I would like share with you information that you should report adidas spammers to a higher authority on consuwijzer nl and ec europa eu complaint section Lets do that all together I don t need a circular message from adidas here I don t care what do they think I just want my money back

Adidas sent me a box with a missing product
I ordered a pant and a pair of shoes but the shoes were not in the box when I picked them up from the pickup location Adidas didn t care about my situation Even the pickup location employer was ready to write a letter to indicate the situation Adidas told me our system shows everything is perfect They got my 120 euros but they didn t send me my shoes Also the website is terrible According to the company approach they can send me an empty box and there is nothing to do Customer service was so rude as well

It is surprising that the Adidas representative in the Messenger chat is bragging about the fact that Adidas policy is to violate consumer protection laws I will convey this information to potential Adidas buyers So that buyers will know that Adidas does not care about consumer protection laws as much as Adidas does not care about its customers

Bad customer service bad product quality
Ordered from this store hoping the products would be good quality Among the products was a ball pump which was double or triple the price of brandless pumps The pump broke down after 2 times using Customer service didn t reply for days and finally they replied but each message took hours for a response Their solution was to re-order the pump pay again and the Ship the old one back and get a refund I explained I didnt want to re-order and track my refunds It is also weird to ship something relatively cheap back it would cost more transportation effort and en environmental waste They didn t want to help me further Worst customer service compared to other shops that immediatelly were helpful Won t ever be buying there again because the products are bad quality and customer service is substandard
