When I was in a chat with adidas at number 1 and I was waiting for my turn to start the conversation for about two hours and as soon as I opened another tab in the browser then the chat knocks me out of the queue I go back into the chat and my new queue is number 4 This tells me that adidas service employees in Norway are simply ignoring customers And they probably mind their own business instead of working And I understand that no one from the customer service chats with the client for 1 4 hours And after reading reviews about adidas on the Trustpilot website it became clear to me that the adidas service employs only slackers quitters and people with low competence And the fact that adidas representatives in Germany don t pay attention to this says that ADIDAS likes to mock ITS CLIENTS Also today about 4 hours ago phishing attacks and spam attacks began on my phone number there were several calls to my mobile asking me to confirm that I was over 18 years old in addition I received 12 SMS on my phone with different Internet -links and invitations to go to sites with sexual services while I was driving a car I think that this could only have been done by Adidas service employees to whom I am going to write a complaint That is Adidas service employees in Norway are engaged in revenge on clients for the fact that clients defend their rights I also want to remind ADIDAS staff that in Norway using confidential information is an offense and violates confidentiality that is they are my phone number and email address And illegal use of confidential data is punishable by imprisonment And if phishing attacks and spam attacks continue on my phone number I will be forced to file a complaint with the police against ADIDAS and the employees who used confidential information for a phishing attack and spam attack on my mobile number
