Fab workshop Just like a lesson should be transferring knowledge and keeping it entertaining at the same time I like that I came away with valuable links to the course so that I can print off and refer to the information as and when needed in my own time I look forward to the zoom meet offered for free when my standard check is due Thanks guys Can t wait for the next workshop Oh and I hear you won an award Lol

So I have only been a qualified ADI since June last year but have always done CPD wherever I have worked I booked the course to further my knowledge and gain a different perspective on what I had been taught The course makes you think I mean really think and for me I had a light bulb moment and realised that my training to be an ADI was outdated and very linear with very little scope to use CCL This course has sort of reprogrammed my way of thinking and delivering lessons My first lesson the next day was awesome for the pupil and me then the second went the same way just by implementing the information I got from the course If you are a PDI get on this course if you are an ADI regardless of how long for get on this course This is the bit that is missing from the PDI training syllabus I learned more in one day than I did in all of the hours sat with my trainer

Attended the CCL Standards Check workshop in Elgin on 18th March I have attended a couple of other workshops covering these topics and by far this was the best one Mick Lee were excellent and presented the information in an easily understandable format

My pass rate has improved

I was happy with my 1st time and overall pass rate but hadn t done any training since gaining my ADI badge and I ve not had a standards check yet but I thought I d get myself ready so did some research and liked the look of the KIT course The one I attended was sold out which I thought was a good sign and when I went I was very glad I did The interactions with the variety of other ADI and PDI s was great and I pinched quite a few ideas off them that I ve been using day to day The course content and information afterwards was 1st class and has improved my way of teaching my pupils Not everything has worked for me but there have been a few gold nuggets that have helped not only me but also very much my pupils BIG thank you from my pupils and myself to you all
