Met with Bradley Jordan this morning regarding an adjustable bed He was very helpful friendly and knowledgable when chosing a suitable model for my sons disability Not a pushy sales rep which is refreshing

Delivery and installation

I was informed of the delivery time and date 24 hours prior to delivery They turned up on time both men were polite informative and efficient Bed was delivered and installed within 1hour and 20 minutes All rubbish was remove and taken away Excellent job and also impressed with the quality of the product

Very comfortable bed

Home visit to demonstrate bed and mattress very useful Prompt delivery Stuart and Brian delivered and assembled new bed and took old bed away Very respectful and helpful as I am disabled Very pleased with bed - extremely comfortable

Fantastic once again

Ordered by phone- easy and operative very helpful Guy who came out knowledgeable and no hard sell Delivery fitters OUTSTANDING Stuart and Brian are a credit to the company Sympathetic and kind Cleaned up for me too

Fantastic service

This has been a fantastic service with Adjustable beds from start to finish Received my bed today and the installation team arrived on time slot given the team was excellent at installing my bed and talked me through the working of the bed once installed Would recommend this company without a doubt and looking forward to using my bed tonight

First nights sleep in a very long time

Mark and Craig delivered and installed my new bed yesterday Called an hour before arriving and were here on the dot Old bed removed new one installed both were covid aware friendly helpful and explained everything with the demonstration All packaging taken away and left tidy First night in a very long time have slept and not woken up in agony Thank you

Buying a new bed

Bradley visited me today to give me information on a new electric bed He was very personable and took the time to explain the product and answer my many questions I am extremely deaf and he was patient polite and spoke very slowly and clearly I would do business again and certainly recommend this product and his services Well done

Installation of bed

The engineer Andy Dorren that installed our bed was amazing Now I just hope their after sales customer care are just as good I only had one problem and that was my continuous emails requesting delivery date We ordered the bed 4 1 23 installed 26 1 24 and was told delivery within 3 weeks Firstly -I requested delivery date by emails needed someone to be there to collect delivery - the response was they would contact me with the date only contacted me with delivery date 24 1 24 We all work so I would have thought they would contact us at least a week prior to make arrangements and they have to install the bed it s not just a delivery
