Edith contacted me and after many months I do not understand why I thought the matter with this company was closed Initially my complaint was that the sale was misleading I wanted to make a one off purchase and did not realise that this involved a subscription My bank have been first class in sorting out the problem but unfortunately this was regarded as fraudulent activity on my account and involved having to issue a new credit card etc What an inconvenience
