Adventure Coordinators was recommended by a friend five years ago and Tom Gehrels has arranged three complicated trips extremely well He is creative efficient and recommends accommodations and experiences that have been memorable and at the appropriate price He is quick to communicate often providing items to explore including car rentals books movies on the area of choice We would definitely recommend Adventure Coordinators for trips home or abroad and are looking forward to two different adventures in 2024 with Tom Gehrels as our guiding light

Tom is amazing He was recommended by friends who had wonderful times in Africa due to Tom s network and abilities to ensure every experience was exceptional Tom arranged our African trip in 2019 which was fantastic We hoped to spend our Anniversary at Victoria Falls and finish in London celebrating a family birthday - she was 100 Tom listened contacted his African network and every day worked brilliantly The people who looked after us in Africa were knowledgeable kind and efficient Transportation related to Cairo Zimbabwe Botswana Safari South Africa and Mozambique was excellent Hotel and restaurant recommendations were special and memorable Really we can only give the highest rating to Tom and Adventure Coordinators When we all travel again Tom Gehrels is the person to provide unique and wonderful experiences

Whether it s your 1st trip or your 50th you should be calling Tom He has been to 103 countries and counting and can give you expert advice as to to when where how and even with who in terms of tour operators Tom is extremely diligent with details and thinks of everything you need to know in order to have the best trip possible He doesn t book your trip and walk away Tom provides useful articles interesting books to read tips packing lists and more He even checks in with you prior to your departure to make sure you are all set Tom has amazing customer service and communication skills and is also very patient He is fun and has a great sense of humour Tom is just as excited about your trip as you are which is exactly what you want in a travel agent I am extremely grateful for all of Tom s help with my many trips that he has organized for me I strongly recommend him for anyone who travels
