Very positive experience flying from Egypt to Cyprus

Booked a flight on the wrong dates my bad Managed to change the flight to a month earlier within 10 minutes I had a few telephone conversations with Aegean - 24 7 reachable usually got Greeks speaking English in the early mornings very friendly and efficient Later had to cancel this flight due to other reasons and the guy on the phone converted it into a credit voucher for me so I didn t have to Again very good service Later I called how long it would take to get the actual refund-voucher and the person on the phone wrote the voucher credit department for me to ask for some urgency All in all a very nice first experience although I didn t fly with them yet will update in the future UPDATE I flew with Aegean from Cairo to Athens and from Athens to Cyprus 100 flawless flight nobody checked my luggage size or weight at the gates The luggages I had were all 10 overweight At least on their counters and they did not mind at all Very friendly staff also on the flight Just as I am used to from the past Maybe certain routes got the airline a bad reputation lately but the ones I took were excellent
