I have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the years and never had a problem now I ve had 2 in 2 months ive been waiting 49 days and counting for an order and since you cant get anyone on the phone and you have to wait 2 hours to text someone its almost impossible to get an issue resolved My second order they sent me an email and said it was sold out they over sold the order I asked for a discount on another item since my order was over sold so instead of working with me they just canceled my order and never mention the one ive been waiting for 2months almost and im still trying to resolve that one is it too hard to get what you pay for in this world were is the componence in this company and they make airplane parts now thats the crazy part of it i hope i dont fly on those planes They have gone down hill i wont buy another aero product again they have lost a loyal customer I f it was one mess up it happens but 2 back to back who is in charge of these people

I will never in a trillion years say a good word about this company A few years ago they sent me an upper and they did a good job with it so I ordered a lower for a new build They don t ship or process in a timeframe that s acceptable or comparable to other companies like palmetto They do t answer the phone they don t answer emails Their customer service is unforgivable

Horrible company

Bought 308 fully assembled upper BCG charging handle 109 and buffer kit from them so that the entire upper would be theirs and when it didnt work it would be one phone call and no finger pointing Well it doesn t work and they don t take tech support calls You have to live chat or go through the ticket system Sat on chat and I was first in the queue 35 minutes later no response so I disconnected Went through ticket support Been 5 days no reply

Avoid Aero Precision at all costs

This company is a disaster I placed an order on the 29th of November The order processing time was listed at between 5 and 7 business days After 8 business days my order still shows as processing Sat on hold on the phone for 3 hours also waiting for chat support for 3 hours then the system just cut me off There is no way to email them to get a status - this company is a fraud

I ve been waiting over 2 weeks for an idem that they said would be shipped within 5-7 business days Tried to contact aero precision by phone 3 time and waited for over 2 hrs with on answer Customer service has really gone down hill

Placed an order on 11 13 24

Placed an order on 11 13 24 they charged my account Never sent a confirmation email Waited for a week and entered a help desk ticket Received a confirmation email back that they created a ticket but no other response for over a week Tried to call their support phone number stayed on hold for over 2 hours and was disconnected by them Called back automated message stating that no one was available Tried using their chat method and was disconnected 5 different times after being in the queue for hours I have filed a complaint with the BBB and contemplating possibly a report for fraud to the FTC for their deceptive practices

Aero Precision is just a dead company

Aero Precision is just a dead company I ordered a chassis from them on 11-22-2024 Since then not a word and no shipment You can t contact them No phone No email reply The chat is a joke On 12-09-2024 my credit card company backed me up and in 24 hours my money was refunded Still no contact by Aero These fools probably don t know that the order has been cancelled Is this really a company or just some kind of scam operation What these people are doing is criminal Only a fool would have any dealings with Aero Precision

Horrible business practices They over sell charge you its takes months to get the product this has happened multiple times Then they do not answer emails about cancellation of orders or status To top it off the quality has dropped drastically My advice is to buy somewhere else

Terrible customer service

Ordered a complete lower over two weeks ago Their website states 2 weeks for delivery I am into the third week ordered Nov25 with no information about order I was on hold for 2 hours and then got disconnected I was in an online chat queue and got disconnected after 2 hours I got an email stating that my chat was disconnected but I outlined my problem in my chat and it was not addressed 2 emails have gone unanswered I can t contact them in any way and I have no idea about my order They charged my credit card immediately and they keep sending me emails trying to sell me the same item I already ordered Worst customer service I ve ever experienced
