If you re looking for a program that will do wonders
If you re looking for a program that will truly transform your relationship with training and nutrition and by consequence also entirely transform the way you look and feel I can 100 recommend Aesthetic Strength From the inception meetings with Simon to now 6 months into the program I ve always felt heard understood and supported and very importantly also felt like the program and support was tailored to my needs crazy work and travel schedules and any challenge that got thrown our way - and I also was very lucky to have the very best coach and personal trainer James Pace Now I have not only lost over 10kg in a healthy and sustainable way but I also feel the fittest and healthiest I ve ever felt - while being 43 with a 3-year old and a full-time job and no gym subscription So in sum I m amazed by the work they do and the support they offer at Aesthetic Strength and I wholeheartedly recommend them

I ve used online trainers previously
I ve used online trainers previously but I will not need to find anyone else going forward AS specifically Simon Johnson is a very grounded realistic and personable professional He makes the whole experience easy to follow and facilitates a great relationship where communication is open honest free flowing and zero judgement He s aligned to your goals and works closely with you to get there in a very approachable and enjoyable fashion Couldn t recommend highly enough

Incredible journey
Incredible journey Sadly having to cut it short for personal reasons but in the 6 months I was there I went from a sad and uncomfortable 113 5KG down to 101 5KG I never thought I could make it and Aesthetic Strength Specifically Jason who was my designated PT provided me with the motivation and the accountability I was promised from the very beginning and given all the way till the end of my journey The team gave me a new perspective on training and diet and allowed me to see the potential I have from making and managing small changes to make a massive difference in myself My journey is not finished personally but I wish I was still going with the Aesthetic Strength team If you are someone who feels like they need a team of people who you feel like you can call a friend and who are always a text away from helping you the best they possibly can and also looking for an incredible program Aesthetic strength is the way to go

Best thing I ve ever done
During my first call with Simon he was very clear on what the company can provide and he was so knowledgeable as to what I needed to get the results I wanted Simon matched me up with a coach Jason who he knew would be a good fit for me and get me the results I wanted Working alongside Jason over the past couple of months has been amazing I was reluctant starting with a new coach as I have had issues previously with coach s not fulfilling their word and just not being knowledgable enough Since starting I have learned so much from Jason and I have been able to put all my faith in him and the process because I know he is leading me on the right road and knows his stuff I have been training almost 6 months now and have seen amazing results and can say I am so happy in myself and how I look which is something I had struggled with I am really looking forward to the next couple of months because I just know there is more to come If you are hesitant about joining don t be They are extremely professional and know so much in abundance and make everything is so clear about the fitness journey

Best money I ve ever spent on myself
I started training with Asthetic Strength at the end of May 2022 I d got to the point of avoiding mirrors and hiding my body in pictures I can hand on heart say this is the best money I ve ever spent on ME I never thought i d get to where i am now physically and mentally I ve learnt about food fluctuation of weight gaining muscle and lots of other things which in the long run has made me less critical of myself For someone to come over to you at the gym and ask how much your hip thrusting and then say are impressed is a big win for me Having people assume you ve lost the weight by cutting out carbs and chocolate He ll nah Eleanor and Simon are fab and what they drumb into you is sustainability not quick fixes that won t last Eleanor has been on the end of WhatsApp whenever needed for all sorts of advise and has been an amazing support for me Asthetic Strength community is a great bunch of likeminded people who support each other

Lost 21kg
I joined Aesthetic Stength weighing around 94kg and managed lose 21kg to get to 73kg They put a calorie and workout plan for me to follow which made it very simple and answered any questions I had on a daily basis Highly recommended
