I applied for a phone contract They were very quick to do the debicheck I cancelled via mail and whatsapp The same day in March cause i did not want to take out the contract anymore Now 3 months later they debited the activation fee from my account I heard nothing ever since that first day from them

My wife have a contract with Africa mobile What a waste of money You cant change ANY settings on your phone because all apps are controlled by Africa mobile She is to scared to put her banking app on the phone due to the fact that Africa mobile have access on all your apps Don t trust this company at all

I am extremely dissatisfied with Africa Mobile s service Despite setting up a debit order for my device I have not yet received it and they are preparing to debit my account again This lack of follow-through and communication is deeply frustrating It feels like a scam and it s unacceptable that we are left dealing with such issues I hope this review prompts Africa Mobile to address their shortcomings and improve their customer service Until then I cannot recommend their services

Matter is still unresolved
Long story short They deducted money from my account TWICE and I don t even have a phone I have sent so many emails and then they have the cheeck to tell me they will deduct R350 from the amount because I am canceling my contract with them It is such a long messed up story too long to type but if you are thinking about getting a phone with these people DON T WORST COMPANY EVER AND YOU CAN T COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE BECAUSE THE SERVICE IS BASICALLY NON-EXISTENT

This company debits my account every month for my contact This month they didn t give my airtime and dataand we ready on the 7 10 24 I have tried contacting them onto for a automated system to answer and stay on it for over 4 hours with out speaking to a consultant I have even sent emails but they do not respond I m not happy what can I do
