Very bad company and rude obnoxious customer service to say the least Keep asking the same questions again even after you provide them with documents and proof they keep saying every time to give them and cause unnecessary delays which defeat the whole purpose of using the app in the first place

They are such a bad aygent in Irealnd demanding stupid things and holding our money using 3 days then giving back i will request to all my friends and all ppl please don t use this site they are surviving on our commission and bloody rude ppls full with ego and un helpful customer service don t give them businessThe best way go to bank ulster bank charging only 50c to send money i will strongly recommend all ppl please go there or there is money gram remit and many sites available why we are supporting these useless ppl who are eating our money and giving us trouble

Your identity is on risk
Been an agent before and now as a customer face worse and terrible service ACE qualified staff urged proof of funds alongside already having two ids British passport and full driving licence for the single transaction of 250 When I remind that it s not required as per FCA but happy to provide my screenshots of transaction with my account to prove it s mine The qualified staff explained me that FCA and HMRC need it which I can t stop to laugh and on the other hand now they required paper statement before the release my transaction I again remind that if they suspecious then simply report to MLR for that qualified staff replied they inform FCA I laugh again and request to cancel my transaction and give me bank authorisation code for that qualified staff said they not allowed to give me authorisation code as they only give to Bank I laugh again and now waiting for refund of mine 250 which I sent for my father medication my 74year old father is not well I sent then through Khyberexchange with another transaction which hopefully will deliver today I am still waiting my own 250 back which been told take 5 working days as FCA and HMRC and probably MLR I suggest to qualified staff better report to SOCA about this 250 transaction you might get compensation from BRITISH GOVERNMENT Keep it up the worst customer service very soon you appreciate and learn that DONT BITE YOUR FINGERS WHICH FEEDS YOU

you will lose your money
these are the worst money transfer agent i come across I asked them in advance when i was sending 2400 to pakistan and they requested me the bank statement which i did before i done the transaction they are holding the transaction since 15 days and their phone number constantly busy not working and no one replying via chat or email They are rubbish so never use them still waiting for the refund or delivery of funds to beneficiary

The worst ever company My experience them with is so bad They delay the transactions continuously without giving any excuse Each agent has different story to tell Also they have sometime deduct the money twice from my account which is not acceptable I ll never deal with them again Please don t do business with them They are bunch of crooks

First time Bed experience with ace money transfers I transferred money 6 days ago and I have sent all the required documents to them But my transaction is still pending I talked to them on the phone yesterday and they told me that my transaction would be done yesterday Today they have requested me to send more documents
