We purchased a granite bistro table
We purchased a granite bistro table When it arrived cracked and crumbling in the box they removed it and had a new one delivered the next day When I saw it it looked as though it were just dirty and a little granite cleaner would get rid of that spotty hazy look I was wrong and since I accepted it they won t do anything about it The manufacturer says it is normal wear and tear Really How do you wear and tear something right out of the box I ve bought furniture there before without any issues but when there is an issue I would expect them to at least try to solve the problem They just accepted the manufacturers obvious uninformed bad decision I ve had a granite professional look at it and says it will run around two thousand dollars to make it the way it should have been finished at the factory Oh and it wasn t even sealed I am done with American Furniture There is nothing American about it

AFW does not Honor their WarrantyHello Patio Set cushions falling into dust after 6 month in winter Arizona weather so 55-75 F 4 months have passed since my claim on may 05 2023 for a patio set that has been installed outside around mid October 2022 6 months to be in that shape is really an AFW issue and not a weather issue I cannot even imagine you can say it is not your fault it is the weather The prove that it is a quality issue one on the 4 seats has zero damage and the fabric looks like plastic the 3 other looks like missing some protection layer just by hand feeling I bought a set of cover from amazon that I installed mid may and today after an aggressive Summer they are still perfect and looking brand new I bought those covers for 312 and I would like AFW to provide me with a reimbursement of this cost or a store credit AFW proposed me twice to buy new cushions and they stick on their position after 2 claims that it is my fault Crazy to find only 5 stars reviews on their website I really hope as the TV add going right now you will take your client into consideration

I went to the webster store purchased a bedroom suite and living room set I had a very knowledgeable salesperson ran my debit card and it was declined to my amazement the salesperson told Mr he would put my paperwork at the desk and come back the next day and write a check it was declined also a cashier called to inform me I called my bank they said it was no reason to decline either so I called and told them to run the check again she said they could not and gave me a to UTA I called and they said leave a message I did that and did not receive a return call I go in person to my bank and withdraw over 3000 to pay for my purchase and the worker at the bank showed me that my debit card nor my check had ever been submitted for payment and offdered to call them She informed me that she and her husband had plans on buying a whole house of furniture there but knowing this is how the do she changed her mine Your system is flawed and I was embarrassed way beyond my expectations If the salesperson had not been so patience and kind I would have walked away I love the furniture and please do better I m embarrassed EM Spencer

Worst after buy service ever
Good service until you buy The desk came with a broken drawer purchased the warranty and put in a claim The Tech came up looked and said they couldn t fix it The tech asked me to put in another claim with more detail put in a second claim but never heard back I called customer services and they said they no longer handle the claim so they sent me to a website The website would not allow me to enter a claim I will never buy from this company again once you buy you are on your own if you have a damaged item

AFW sells junk and does not back it up
If I could give no stars I would We purchased a so called high end Italian leather sofa set for 7000 and in less than 6 months of limited use in a living room cushions were breaking down They had the unmitigated gaul to say it was were and tear and would charge for repairs even though they have a so called 1 year parts and labor warranty This couch set replace a nearly 20 year old set purchased from Kacey s Fine Furniture that was still serviceable with no breakdowns AFW sells crap and does not stand behind their products There also was no mention of a manufacturers warranty Go to a reputable high end furniture company as at AFW is a quick buck out the door business

Make sure to check your receipt
Purchased over 22 000 worth of furniture Waiting on several items to be delivered When I went back to look at Sku number it was noted that only 1 dining room chair was on the order Now who in the right mind would order a dining table with only one chair Spoke with salesperson who gladly sold the 22 000 worth of furniture He stated We don t give chairs for free and that we could purchase 5 more Explained numerous of times that there should be some shared responsibility in this mistake Of course got nowhere and ended up paying for 5 more chairs so we could have a place to sit for the 6 seats that the table requires

Counting 47days and on so frustrating experience very bad Customer response
Never expected that I will have such as bad experience from a reputed Furniture company I Placed an order on 07 04 24 and still the Products are not delivered The customer service number does not connect and I have to go visit the Englewood store to enquire the order status and all they say is we don t an ETA I really don t understand when a product that is manufactured will have a ETA on completion and delivery and AFW is unique they don t have a ETA their phone number does not work they don t bother about customer During the purchase they are so kind and shower all the kindness Don t want to waste my time in writing a review but what to do atleast someone will not go through the pain I am experiencing Counting 47days and on so frustrating experience very bad Customer response and No Follow-up or Updates on the Back order items

UPDATE American Furniture Warehouse replied to my original review on YELP to appear to care about their customers but the email they provided was bogus What a scam company Can you give a no-star review Bought a gliding recliner that has not worked for more than a week since we got it The glider mechanism has been replaced three times Now it needs a fourth change and they want us to pay for parts and the labor even though this chair has not worked since purchase As you can see from the photo attached this chair was not abused No children no pet damage Not a great experience BUYER STAY AWAY find a better place
