Worst experience with APML with untrained professional for packaging and for damage claim denied

Agarwal Packers and Movers is hands down the worst moving company out there My package was delayed by two days after begging them a lot and when it finally arrived my bike was severely damaged and my washing machine stands were completely destroyed Despite repeated attempts to get help from their staff members nothing was done to rectify the situation To make matters worse I had taken out insurance for 1 lakh rupees but it was completely useless Despite my attempts to seek assistance from Abhay Srinvas Pradip and Vikram Employees of Company they were slow unresponsive and rude I do have all proofs for all my statements related to my household goods movement Agarwal Packers and Movers is a scam that preys on innocent people looking for reliable moving services Do yourself a favour and avoid them at all costs

Worst experience with APML had lot of damages while unloading and packaging was also worst totally unprofessional and for damages claim they denied to provide so had raised complaint to consumer court one of they representative had cheated with us for doing part load instead of direct door to door movement for that also nobody came back to take action on her Pooja for movement from bharuch to chennai Never ever go with APML

Recently i despatched my goods by aggarwal packers and initially they demanded rs18000 after luggage booking they demanded rs 21450 it was not then asked additional bill rs 55thousand and i paid gst amount but he didn t sent complete bill please do something

Beware This is a fraud company they steal your goods I had booked 12 parcels from Bangalore to Coimbatore they had suggested based on the number of packages they would charge me however the packaging manager had come negotiated with us stating that i pay him and he would reduce the bill They collected the package but even after 2 months when one of the parcel was missing they came back saying that they are searching for it it has been more than 6 months they are searchingthe management is least bothered there is no response from the team would definately not recommend using this company if you dont want your goods to be stolen

Worst Packers and Movers I have booked this aggarwal packers and movers for transportation of my household goods from Ludhiana to Noid When I received my household goods in Noida I found that my center table was majorly damaged Part of my bed sofa and Almirah also got damaged Apart from the damages when we unboxed our goods we found that many items like shoes handbag 6-7 number of clothes were missing from the box When we filed complaint on 22nd Februrary no action was taken over missing items and they have told they will give 2500 - for my center table damage Today is 7th April almost 50 days from my Incident and I have not received my claim amount If i call their finance representative Mr Naveen contact number -9392635730 he will rudely speak and say that he will not give my claim and hold the amount Please don t book this packers and movers They are thives and ill mannered persons

Pathetic moving experience

I have given 1 star because there is no option for giving lesser rating Till the time they pick up you cargo every thing will be fine Immediately after picking up the cargo the cost increased by about 15 by giving some non sense excuse I had asked the executive repeatedly if all charges are inclusive - he confirmed yes After making the demanded payment when the items reached destination the delivery person asked for extra money claiming it to be tax When I called the booking executive he said you have to pay it - it is mentioned in the fine print The delivery team refused to open the boxes for checking saying not our job Again on contacting the booking agent MUTHU from Chennai he said unpacking is not included - this was never disclosed to me The first box we opened had items damaged inside Very very unhelpful team - overcharging and refusing to help Till you book the cargo they speak very nicely As soon as cargo is picked up he became rude

After booking services with APML I found them to be extremely poor Their customer support is lacking in efficiency If you have heart or high blood pressure issues I recommend avoiding booking through APML Additionally obtaining the address of their hub requires a call from the registered mobile number Despite being informed by a customer care agent that the response time via email would be between 24 to 48 hours the service has been disappointing I am thoroughly dissatisfied with APML s customer services It s been a frustrating experience dealing with them definitely not recommended
