Lack of Communication
Having hitherto been unable to resolve a scrolling issue on embedded items via Wix Support they recommended that I contact one of their Trusted Professionals Of the ones they recommended AGB Computing was unfortunately the one I contacted After outlining the issue in an email to Alfie Garratt he replied to say that he hoped it would be an easy fix and that he would look at the problem for himself later that day He also requested further details which I provided by return After 4 days I had received no acknowledgement so I emailed him again still no acknowledgement After a further 2 days I booked an initial telephone consultation for 4pm the following day via the automated system on their website This was confirmed but the call never came A further 3 days later I sent another message via their contact page requesting some any form of contact I an still waiting Now I know that they might might be very busy or may even consider my request to be unworthy of their consideration but this is an appalling way to treat a potential client who would not be unwilling to pay their fees

AGB Computing were excellent from start to finish nothing was to much trouble They communicated at all stages and were happy to make changes and suggestions Very happy with the end product

Alfie and the team at AGB are excellent
Alfie and the team at AGB are excellent and so good to deal with They have been implementing changes on our Tall Persons Club website for over a year now and we trust them implicitly We are not the biggest experts on websites but the team know what we want to achieve So they suggest some of their ideas to get us where we need to be whilst always keeping to our general idea The YouTube video they go to show what they have done is excellent to make it clear what changes have been done They are also very honest We often tell them the budget is 500 but they have never charged that and it is often 200 or 300 but they only charge for the work they have done If ever there is a little problem with the site after the work is done and we have paid they always go back and fix it for free Basically i cannot recommend them enough and i only wish we had found them years ago
