The agent we dealt with could not have been more helpful He explained all aspects of the process involved in obtaining a lifetime mortgage and also pointed out all of the costs and implications of the compound interest He was also amazing when we withdrew from our intended purchase due to the vendors lack of planning permission for the extension Richard was sympathetic and helpful in getting us the right deal for us on the new property Please accept my apologies for the delay in completing this review but it was due to my mum having a fall resulting in a fractured spine so I ve been travelling back and forth to Buckinghamshire
