Unfortunately final closure of our case was with one year of delay I send email with reminder and company inform me there were waiting for account number Surprisingly there were no contact on my email for one year Feeling was that they hoped we will forget or maybe it s just weak process It s a pitty I don t recommend

Aircashback was the only one who accepted my case against ryanair for a delay of 3h and thanks to them after almost 2 years they got the rightful compensation The service communication could be improved a lot as I constantly needed to follow up but otherwise everything was good Thank you for help
