I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this company I booked a ticket with them and just a week ago I was informed that my flight had been canceled due to the airline s shortage of available tickets When I inquired further the explanation I received was unprofessional and unsatisfactory To make matters worse the company did not offer any compensation or attempt to resolve the situation Instead they suggested that I book a new flight with a different airline but this would incur an additional 1000 cost After further investigation I discovered that the airline did not cancel my flight rather it was this company that sold the tickets at a higher price prioritizing their own profit over customer satisfaction This experience has left me extremely frustrated and I no longer trust this company I strongly advise others to reconsider using their services My experience has been disappointing and disheartening and I would not recommend booking with them in the future

This airline company is completely unreliable and deceptive They canceled my ticket at the last moment despite issuing an e-ticket providing false excuses that Lufthansa had canceled the flight However Lufthansa confirmed they had not canceled anything Be cautious while this company may offer cheaper tickets they are not trustworthy Because of their dishonesty we had to book a last-minute ticket and travel separately They are only focused on making money not providing reliable service To make matters worse I discovered Lufthansa is offering compensation but this company lied about it Avoid them at all costs this genuine review With evidence

My experiences with online vendors was a horrible one and I swore not to buy anything online until I met Bryan Williams one of your agents When I explained my experience with him he empathise with me and made me feel at home to be honest if not because of his marketing skills no power in the tongue of either man or woman will convince me again to buy anything online His marketing skills is top nouch he was charming understanding patience and his attention to details is something else though atimes he talks too much in his attempt to convince a customer Honestly with the way and manners he talks and his marketing skills he can sell a dead dog to anyone he is truly good in what he is doing and I will recommend him to anyone and my friends who are regular flyers
