I chose to get an eSIM for visiting Thailand It was okay but I had some issues in Phukate So I approached Customer Support and they sorted it out that I was using the wrong network indeed Corrected then they have been working flawlessly with fantastic speeds Really like the quick and efficient support they provide

I bought an Airhub eSIM for Europe my first time using an eSIM It was easy to install and worked with no problem whatsoever in different European countries I had to buy another eSIM when I went out of the European region and I had issues with this one through no fault of Airhub it was about me knowing how to use my phone The Airhub customer service staff were extremely patient and helpful in answering my questions and resolved the problem for me so that I once again had excellent service with the eSIM I will definitely be sticking with Airhub it has taken away the hassles with SIM cards when travelling

The eSIM worked great for me in the US so I decided to grab another one for Romania and the Balkans Initially it wasn t connecting in Romania but after contacting Customer Support they pointed out that I was on the wrong network Switched over and now it works perfectly Super fast speed - highly recommended

Once my esims were set up they worked straight away when turning them on in each country Added data esims for Singapore and Vietnam on a Samsung note 20 Only had one hick up when setting up the Singapore esim which the online chat team were able to fix for me with no drama Will use this service again in the future
