Omg to get a hold of anyone you would have to take a whole day off I called on Friday of last week and automative voice says to many ppl on call to call back next day this was 1pm Friday horrible waiting expectations This was my first time ever calling I called in today waited all morning requested a call back option and as I was going to pick up call went to vm I called back it s now 1 50 they are not taking anymore calls What a nightmare Please hire more ppl worst experience

Seniors Beware Air miles stole all my miles

I am 75 years old and during Covid relied on others to get my shopping done for me I was grateful that family and friends made sure i had food and necessities I happily reimbursed their out of pocket expenses either with cash or interact transfer payment I am now able to get out and do much more for myself When I finally went to redeem some airmiles I learned that Airmiles have a policy that if your account is dormant for two the steal your miles They do not close your account It tooks a few calls and many hours on hold to learn how they treat seniors

Do not waste your time collecting air

Do not waste your time collecting air miles it is a complete waste of time We are onyx members and every time we try to book the required points and fees have gone up and you can get flights for cash cheaper than the cost of the fees at air miles Hotel and car rental is a 3rd party rip-off If you ever need to contact someone for any reason including covid cancellation it is impossible to reach anyone by any method Just a complete waste of time Avoid air miles reward program

Airmiles is no more same like before Cistomer service S Program S Don t waste your time to collect Airmiles Do some calculations 30 1miles 300 10miles 3000 100miles100miles worth only 10 rewarded 0 33 Better to use 3000 on casback card and rewarded 1 5 to 3

22 YEARS COLLECTING AND THEY STOLE EVERY POINT

After 22 years of collecting air miles - I have NOTHING They deleted all my points I was in a serious car accident in 2017 and they literally wiped out my entire history because I did not use the card during my recover Sickening and vile company I will no longer collect points or frequent companies that use this fraudulent company

I have been on hold for 45 minutes Ordered merchandise on line 48 days ago and no sign of package No way to get in touch No email option Called at exactly 8 am I will cancel my Airmiles credit card and use a another program Safeway is cancelling Airmiles this year so another reason this card is useless

Faulty Knives that Airmiles ca will not take back

I used my Airmiles rewards to get a knife block set for a house warming gift Upon opening discovered 3 of the knives had cracked handles Airmiles decided this was a warranty issue The customer service with Zwilling J A Henkel is worse than Airmiles I am getting no where with these knives After being a loyal Airmiles user for many years I am throwing out my Airmiles card and getting something that stands behind the rewards they carry and not wash their hands of you the moment they take your miles absolutely horrible customer service 1 star rating is way too much for Airmiles ca

what happened to airmiles a flight from fort st john bc to vancouver is over 3000 airmiles in the low season it was 1200 last year 900 2 years ago there is never any flights for the low airmiles they advertise somebody rich should sue they shouldnt be able to price gouge the website is bs the high taxes is bs trying to find dates and availability is bs i am onyx member and there is no deals to vancouver like they advertise airmiles go fu yourself

Holding for over 3 hrs

I am presently on hold with Airmiles and have been for over 3 hours and 48 11 This is unacceptable How can a large company such as Airmiles not have better customer service How do I get the help I require if I cannot make contact with your customer service department This is outrageous
