The photos looked great, said they were cotton. I received absolutely terrible clothing. Not cotton, cheap polyester. Everything looked like cheap pjs a child would make. No style or cut. Also missing one jewelry item. They said “look again.” Why bother. The quality is so poor. I should have known better. Fool me once shame on you, won’t fool me again.

I loved the look and information about the clothing. What I received was awful. Cheap polyester instead of cotton. Poor fit. I am fighting with them right now. They first offered me $6.00 for the items I paid over $70.00 for. That offer is now up to $18,00, but looking at the other reviews I'm not expecting much. We need to get information out on social media and to any government agencies that deal with this to increase awareness of their scam.

We saw some Japanese art print dresses in a shop in Wales, my wife really liked them. She went online and unfortunately found the airpears site, I looked online for presents for her birthday and ordered a Crane Print Dress and a Floral Print Cardigan. When they eventually arrived, I was amazed at the rubbish I'd bought, cheap looking, horrible material and poorly made. There was no washing instructions or a label giving the material composition. My wife didn't even want to try them on, I said that I'll send them back and get a refund. My first email from the theives said that they would refund me 5usd (I paid 70+usd). I said that was an insult and I wanted a full refund, they got back to me , offering 10usd. Basically, they have stolen money from me and I warn anybody not to go near these lying low lives.
