Un safe car parking at Manchester airport
HiWe came back off holiday yesterday our car was parked in terminal 1 multi storey level 11 green zone car had been broken into and trashed they also decided to sit in car and were smoking weed in car the car stunk all the way home I have read manchester airport terms and conditions and they take no responsibility and tell you phone police all they do Manchester airport is take 125 to park car were is security They must have been in car a while to light up and evidence of a white powder possible drugs very worrying that people are walking around the car parks un challenged we could of easily walked into this incidentRegardsMr Ashton

Booked told to call 20 min before arriving at Manchester airport which was around 5 00am told they had sent an email to cancel and they weren t showing up no help no suggestion of alternative parking Ended up having to staying on official Manchester airport terminal 2 parking at a cost of over 450 Rather than miss our flights Cancellation email received 2 days later Car broken into and items stolen Think they were looking for the chip to get the car off the car park to steal Avoid Looking into company only registered in may 2022 and the car park registered doesn t exist AVOID

FRUSTRATING
Booked a space a week before the day 4th November for 11th November 2023 got there and had to drive all around and up and down the freaking T3 car park for at least 30 minutes Nobody to help no information on availability It cost me 15 because i booked in advance but my experience left me stressed out enraged and extremely frustrated

Sickening extortion
Sickening extortion a 50 increase on the exact same carpark for the exact same time as someone else who booked slightly earlier I understand that airline tickets fluctuate due to supply and demand but parking charges This is extortion of the worst kind and it s supposed to be a crime so how are the getting away with this The parking has gone us so much it s almost half the cost of my flight Sickening extortion There s no economic factor that could justify this other than to profiteer

DO NOT USE Absolutely avoid at all cost They don t collect car on time despite having 40 minutes advance notice of our arrival we waited a further 40 minutes driving round and round the terminal being told they are 5 minutes away then 15 then 20-25 obviously better at time travel than time management similar problem upon return Car filthy dirty and evidence of passengers being carried in the back which they had no explaination for Caked in bird crap which had taken all colour out of my paintwork If you value your car and your time and sanity AVOID

I parked here from 11 10 23 to 15 10 2023 I returned at 01 30 and found my car had be broken into and all my belongings strewn throughout the car Every compartment was emptied and many things taken including perfume trainers and my NHS uniform Very upsetting and deeply worrying as I thought it would be safe with CCTV in operation Informed the police and no further action taken I would at least want to be refunded for this Manchester airport parking

Blue badge holder Phoned the day before Told if I m travelling give my badge to the person dropping me off They then show it to operative at barrier who will let them out without charge In reality this did not happen My daughter dropped me off Tried to tell them at barrier but was still charged 5 Phone numbers to complain engaged 24 7 because they don t want to speak Complaint emails ignored Absolute disgrace Money grabbing execs Gone cheap with Ryanair easyjet etc and now determined to make money from the motorist to replace landing fees

Absolute rip-off
Absolute rip-off they charge more than Heathrow parking tariffs 12 for 30 mins 20 for 60 mins 5 for 300 seconds drop off 1 for trolleys should be embarrassed compared to other int airports sick and poor paying these each time visiting the airport no real alterative available MAG are outright money grabbers as if airport taxes are not enough

I booked car parking via airport website and then realised i had booked wrong terminal rang customer services straight away who basically said it was my mistake and tough They would not transfer my parking to the right terminal so okay i had to walk from T2 to T3 it wasn t the end of the world but what a way for a multi million pound operation to treat its customers
