Valuables stolen by baggage handlers

I m sorry to say that a speaker and some gold earrings were stolen from my hold luggage by baggage handlers while they were removing a phone battery charger My fault for packing the battery but not an excuse to ransack my case Another necklace was broken in the search parts of it strewn everywhere They ask via the airline staff in this case Vueling for your permission to open your bag then take stuff Not much you can do about it and I m sure the airline staff are aware of the situation Shame

The airport is lovely great selection

The airport is lovely great selection of shops and restaurants but as for passport control in departures today 1 lady in particular was extremely rude and if I had her name and badge number I d be reporting her if you don t like your job find another profession simple

Chaos at M laga airport and staff rude

We arrived at the airport to get our flight back to Newcastle at 8 45am We checked our cases in at the Airport Assistance desk and were told to go around the corner to clear security At 9 45am we were still waiting to go through security We kept asking what the hold up was and we were told to sit down and wait patiently At 10 45am we were still sitting waiting but by now there was chaos as loads of passengers were losing their temper Myself included Eventually they put us through and when we got to our aircraft everyone was boarded except the passengers like myself who needed assistance We had 10 minutes to sit as our flight was due to leave at 11 15am We almost missed our flight due to the terrible attitude of the staff I complained to one of the assistance team and said their system was crazy He stepped up to me and became very aggressive pointing his finger at me It was like he was talking to a dog I will never fly to M laga again

The special assistance here was shocking I travelled with my autistic son who has severe learning disabilities the lady on the special assistance desk was very rude made comments about him not being in a wheelchair and can walk so assistance wasn t needed I had suitcases and my son who will wander off freely she was rude and unhelpful she didn t seem to understand hidden disabilities shocking for someone on the special assistance desk jet2 asked us why we hadn t had special assistance it was already booked with airport and jet2 about a year ago we weren t the only ones not given extra support due to hidden disabilities we have travelled through malaga airport before and the service was fantastic she seemed to only want to help guests in wheelchairs I really do hope they are shown this review and the lady in question is offered more training

I will never use Malaga Airport again

I had booked wheelchair assistance which should have made it obvious that I had mobility problems When we arrived from East Midlands I was asked if I could walk from the plane to the end of the airbridge which was not a problem After a wait of about 20 minutes an electric buggy turned up which only had capacity for about half the disabled passengers who were waiting Eventually another buggy arrived and we were allowed to board this took me to baggage reclaim where we were told to disembark After collecting our cases we found our holiday company rep who told us where our coach was parked it took almost an hour for me to walk to the coach as there was no assistance available I will never use Malaga airport again even if that means that a large part of the Spanish coast is no longer available to me

Boarder control queues were absolutely

Boarder control queues were absolutely ridiculous We got to the airport 2 and a half hours before our flight We had a big queue to check our bags in then big queue going through security But the passport control queue was another level Over 150 people were waiting when we got in line Needless to say we missed our flight Cost us 1000 pound between us to get home We will never fly from malaga again
