The taxi arrived more than 15 minutes late and after 2 or 3 calls to the central The taxi driver did not provide any excuse and did not try to find any alternative way to arrive to the airport We spend 40 minutes in a traffic jam

I can t put more than a 2
I can t put more than a 2 the taxi never shown up At 5 am when you need to catch a flight this is the last thing you need Hopefully I m located not far from the airport so I went for a Uber which came on time from a 3rd of the price So why not a one then Because at least they contacted me to apologise and they cancelled the fees with no argument Now if I had missed my flight and raised a claim for it it would have perhaps not be so happy ended no one would ever know

The service was good Ali picked up my monter from the airport for which we had good communication via WhatsApp He kept me informed about the taxi drive and the arrival time which was really nice

The taxi turned up 35 minutes late due
The taxi turned up 35 minutes late due to an accident there was still time to make it to the airport but it was an unnecessarily stressful experience The company communicated well to let me know the problem and sent a second taxi from a different place to get to me as quickly as possible but I was very glad I booked a taxi earlier than I thought was needed

Arrives on time Pity the taxi smelled a bit of cigarettes as I think the driver smoke before we got on the taxi Also the driver made a mistake and took the parking entrance at the airport instead of the drop off option He tried to get me to pay for the parking but I reminded him that we have agreed on a lump sum and that he has to pay for the mistake himself He accepted Otherwise the rest of the trip is fine
