My reservation ID was AW31365911 for the 12th of October I paid and received confirmation for the amount of 53 08 I later received an email Saying here is a coupon to finish your reservation with a bill for 106 45 Of course trying to use the automated cancel system on their sute reported my Reservation ID invalid BS waste of time and need to travel for an unexpected funeral and certainly dont need to be scammed on top of it Beware

You had the wrong address on your website I drove there and it was nothing there I called the phone numbers and nobody answered and head to wrong numbers off the website I will be following up with corporate on Monday Please send me your email so I can send you the one and only email I got Refund my AMEX account today before I report you to AMEX

I was unable to use this emailed and called for a refund the time stated there would be a shut at 3 00 am no shuttle my whole experience and hotel was filthy I am not talking about that reservation yes there were two reservations because you system duplicated a double charge that one was taking off by you ll My comment still are the same worst service and worst hotel false advertising

I was refused from the Hotel front desk for parking at 5am They said they were no longer in business with AIRPORT PARKING Literally AP was still listing this hotel in their system I was in rush to catch a flight but had to find a different parking spot taking extra half an hour What a close call early in the morning

Very disorganized and stolen gas
Very disorganized When we all called to tell them we had arrived they only sent one bus and there were at least five of us that called They should have sent at least two buses I don t know how it happened but I when I left my Highlander there I had a half of tank of gas When I got back into my car I was on empty I am not saying the people who allowed me to park my car on their lot did this but it happened in their lot and these sorts of things should not happen Who was supposed to be securing our vehicles I will not be parking at this lot ever again

Waste of Time
This hotel does not appear to have an efficient shuttle service Whether going to the airport or coming back This is my second experience and it was not different from the first The front desk attendant wanted all their questions answered before she disclose the location of the shuttle Shuttle service runs every 30 mins starting at 5 a m At 5 30 a m she says the next shuttle will arrive at 5 40 a m I was the hotel at 5 20 a m

Are all of you employees on cheap drugs
Your website did not answer a simple question It took a Google search to locate the garage where I would store my car When I finally got someone on the phone she could not answer a very simple question I kept asking her if the shuttle would take us to the cruise ship It was like one of those damn phone computer systems that just keeps answering with the same phrase It did not apply to the question When I attempted to explain why I was calling and what I read on the website she just kept repeating the same crap If it answered my question I would have thanked her and hung up But it was like talking to a machine You could not get the brain-dead woman to even use her head Maybe she was on some cheap drugs This left me with a question Why the hell am I even considering using that particular garage Surely you can do better Next time I cruise out of New Orleans I will probably fly so I don t have to worry about parking Damn I just read the reply LOL they said I would have to contact the garage That s a hoot It appears that they are as dumb as a box of rocks to Maybe they share the cheap drugs

Would Not Let Me Cancel
I needed to cancel my reservation After clicking on cancel it ask for a reason why But also states you don t have to give a reason When I left it blank message said I needed to add a reason When I added my reason the message said my reason didn t qualify for cancellation When I went in the next day the cancel button was gone
