I guess I didn t read the reviews carefully enough So far waiting for about 45 minutes for a shuttle very disappointing

SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE

SHOCKINGLY TERRIBLE Booked for LGA and the site said it d be 54 and that the lot was open 24 7 with a shuttle until 10pm None of it was true I got there and they expected me to pay 110 I looked back on my reservation and airportsparking added 40 in fees Then the lot actually closed at 10pm shuttle ended at 8pm My flight landed at 10 40pm so I already at least expected to take a Lyft back But i didn t expect to be charged an after hours fee They said they would park my car outside and leave my key inside a lockbox They d text me the code Okay fine I still had to make my flight so I just accepted it and took the loss When I landed I got the text and they left my key under the passenger side tire UNDER SOME LEAVES In NEW YORK I was in a panic rushing out of the airport into the left and to my car Luckily everything turned out fine But the whole experience was absolutely horrifying

I wish I would have checked on Trustpilot prior to booking with Airportsparking com I had a reservation near LAX I booked a week prior to my departure When I showed up the attendant simply said we have no parking When I told him I had a reservation and showed the QR code he said No parking call the company I had to scramble to find another location It caused a lot of stress to deal with this This was during the CrowdStrike glitch in July that caused havoc at major airports I will never book through them again

No confirmation sentWithout the confirmation Cannot cancel Tried to cancel over email but sent to the wrong email which is my mistake But this would not have happened if I had been given a confirmation email I wasn t even sure if I had made a reservation I ll be disputing the charge with the credit card company

Bad Experience We booked park and fly through Airports

We booked park and fly through Airports Parking at Sleep Inn and Suites at BWI for Tuesday November 5 to Tuesday November 12 Shuttle sevice was shown as available Upon arrival the hotel was under renovation We filled out the form giving our return date and time again and asked the desk clerk if the hotel was open and operating and she assured us that it was only one floor closed for renovation The shuttle driver also asked us for our return date and time and said he would pick us up Upon our return I called the number provided and was told that there were no shuttle services on Tuesdays We had to hire a taxi to get to our car When we arrived at the hotel it was completely shut down with plywood over the doors I called Airports Parking and she called the hotel and was told that there was no issue with the shuttle on Tuesday November 12 and it was available and running We will not be using Airports Parking again

I booked parking at Propark LGA through Airportparking com and Way com Upon arrival I faced a hidden 10 daily SUV fee The staff refused credit card payment and demanded cash threatening to deny service They were rude and unprofessional causing stress for my family Avoid this company due to their deceptive practices Our Reservation OGI45229009

Broken Shuttle - No reimbursement

Scheduled a parking spot and free shuttle to the Nashville airport No one at the parking location knew we were coming and their shuttle was broken down Had to call an Uber for 40 When we contacted airportsparking com they refused a reimbursement for the amount paid for the spot or the Uber

Zero compassion

A parking space was reserved through this service for a flight in Fort Lauderdale Our GPS took us to 2081 Old Griffen Road rather than 2081 Griffen Road We were confused about the location and panicked and ended up parking at the airport so as not to miss the flight It wasn t until later that we realized what had happened I asked airportsparking com to refund the money or at least refund some of the days since we are not using the parking space They have refused to be kind and understanding people and now we have to pay for parking that is not being used It is disappointing
