Exceptional customer service i ever recieved felt valued respected and listened to I first contacted Redbeck through an email on their website due to the finance option not working I got a prompt reply from Steph who explained why it not working then she attached a link to the email which i can use and complete my purchase All went fine and i immediately recieved an email stating that my finance application was successful and i can collect my purchase since i wanted the rifle setup i opted for collection so i drove 240miles round trip When i arrived Steph had everything in control set up the rifle scope zoreod the rifle and did a chronograph test which i was given the results a gentleman in the shop realised i had driven for hours he offered me a tea coffee or cold drink whilst Steph is doing her exceptional work this really was amazing as i was very thirsty The whole team was very helpful they answered all my questions and gave me advise Rifle set up air tank filled and i even had help to load my car This is my first pcp rifle and the care and quality of the service i recieved i felt like i am in Harrods in London i 100 recommended this shop to everyone With the life time guarantee on their products and they have new stock as my rifle on the barrels it stated the date of manufacture to be 2022 so this shows they have the current stock They are passionate about guns and the team knows what they doing Steph then throw in a tin of world class pellets to top up the amazing customer service My air tank was connected and the gentleman gave me some lubricant for the o rings to make them last long and dont get damaged I will definitely be shopping from Redbeck thats for sure in life no one is perfect but hats off to those who try Redbeck went above and beyond thats why i had to take my time to write this review Big up Steph and the Team keep up the amazing work and dont let haters bring you down you are at the very top in what you do your work ethic and customer service is just exceptional so please stay continue Valuable in the business

Order number 15610Background Visited Redbeck last week and was reasonably impressed with the set up to the extent that on returning home Wigan I decided to place an order for a new Elemental Objects magazine in 177 That done delivery was swift within a couple of days but that was the beginning of the saga The magazine supplied was 22 e-mailed explaining and nothing 3rd and 4th e-mail sent over next couple of days culminating in them calling me they said that I should return the incorrectly supplied item and after receipt back they would send out the replacement or give a full refund I said I had no problem returning item since it was useless to me in 22 After an exchange I said the order was accepted and it was 100 clear it was Redbecks error yet they would not send out the replacement until they had the incorrectly supplied one back in their possession I pointed out that contractually Order accepted and incorrectly supplied they did not have to wait for the returned item given that I had verbally agreed and agreed in writing to return same Irrespective of what company policy said something I had never or subsequently had site off Company Policy does not appear on any of the accompanying documentation to the delivery or order I know its not a big deal as far as money is concerned but I feel this is rather a charlatan way of conducting business since I also have to pay for the postage costs for the return as well Just be a bit wary doing business with these people everything in the garden is NOT rosy
