They didn t clean the room and hold 800 in deposits We checked in Dec 11 to find beds unmade and no toilet paper They charged us a security deposit Dec 4 then again dec 11 on checkout Dec 17 we were charged another 400 Dec 18 Currently they are holding 2x 400 Photos can be seen on product review

The company Airtrip was very slack
The company Airtrip was very lackadaisical with us We stayed in their apartment in Riverplace Apartments Brisbane don t confuse Airtrip with Riverplace Management We were booked for a week and had no luck with any apartment issues when we contacted them Issues were broken lounge furniture useless Television and unserviceable ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom These issues were discussed with staff at least 5 times in writing and on the phone before and during our stay and despite assurances nothing happened We had to stay with no TV no Fan broken lounge suite and 1 toilet roll for a week Staff fobbed us off with comments like we ll send a tech up we ll send our messenger boy to Bunnings to get you a standing fan nothing happened in either case Save your breath and money don t trust them After returning home we have asked Airtrip for a 50 refund but as usual we are still waiting nearly 3 weeks with gratuitous replies of no consequence we think we are chasing our tails again

STAY AWAY
Be Careful when booking the apartment we are staying at the Belise building and it isn t as described in the pictures or description Wifi doesn t work which means I can t work from the apartment cooker hob is cracked shower floods the bathroom every time you use it mould in the shower the extractor fan in the kitchen doesn t turn off rust on the bathroom floor furniture is worn and the shower head is also broke We have emailed Airtrip last night and got told one of the agents is going to look into the problems no contact this morning emailed them again this afternoon to be told there is no timeline Currently 2 days into an 8 day stay and wish I booked somewhere else not good enough hopefully Airtrip can make things right ASAP

Dodgey Company Disgusting Customer Service and Apartment
We had a booking through Airtrip they took a security deposit of 300 Refunded it after our stay Then processed an unauthorised transaction of 300 dollars after they had refunded me we had left the apartment and it had already been re let They keep your credit card details on file and keep charging you beware if i knew there credit provider i would make a complaint and may still even may make higher authorities aware such as the obmansan They denied charging me until i said i had statments and had contacted my bank it took 5 days after for second the refund This is common practice from what i see of other reviews they retake deposits every 5 to 7 days which are unathorised When it is clearly stated only one deposit is to be taken at the time of booking They start saying oh we retook it because of a damage check its all lies as the the place had been re let to other holiday makers Oh and as per other reviews the apartment was damaged on arrival the tv was cracked and did not work the carpet was damaged a queen base with a double mattress it was old musty chipped paint and there were cockroahes in thr apartment which was next to a night club we paid 162 dollars a night a complete rip off suface paradise australia the apartment was called lovely studio apartments do not stay there airtrip and contacts were rude or ignored you

As a customer of an Airtrip client I have no idea what this lot are for Completely unresponsive Even to the extent of deleting WhatsApp Also charging for service a week earlier than expected I ll be avoiding them in the future

Never book with Airtrip THATS ALL
I m booked at BELISE hotel but not through the hotel There are privately owned apartments that are booked through Airtrip and booking com From the start they want you to provide a SELFIE of yourself holding your ID What what No way and don t be naive about this Only gave us 1 room key We asked for another and got zero reply You need the key to get to your floor and to get down to the carpark I booked 2 apartments and only got 1 car spot I couldn t have a second parking not available Nice rooms but stove broken aircon in 1 room stuck on 18 couldn t run it all the time would have froze to death On off on off The other room had no aircon broken for the whole stay Never got fixed Washing machine leaked everywhere and had a repairman come at 10pm no lie They didn t even offer any discount or anything I don t believe any of the good reviews and you shouldn t take the chance Even girls at BELISE reception said almost everyone complains in some form Do yourself a favour and just book through the hotel it s not more expensive you ll be much happier I rarely do reviews but my experience was SO BAD I had to warn you all

Don t risk your travel accomodation with Airshit
Why can t I leave zero stars Anyway my Airshit experience reads like he rest here As of today I deleted all my accounts associated with Expedia that I had I was seeking a refund but got no action there not even from Expedia who allowed Airshit to list through vrbo part of Expedia on Wotif part of Expedia which was the platform I used to use Let s begin Christmas holiday 5 nights looking forward to a nice comfortable relaxing break and fine food The Airshit team are cagy and let me know on the day about key collection I had to contact few days earlier myself to make sure there were no hiccups Arrived got the key and it was only 1 set of keys so just another hassle to gain access if you travelled as 2 I was expecting to be charged a Security deposit but no and reading some reviews here that was a lucky break for me anyway found car space went up to room and the grey carpet was filthy and not freshly vacuumed Having had a bad experience the year earlier we now bring our own vacuum cleaner and thankfully we did after an hour the apartment looked more like the photo and the carpet was s clean as we could get it 3 barrels of the regular size Dyson I emptied out carpet fluff long strands of hair and probulary a concoction of microscopic bugs Next thirsty so go to kitchen overhead cupboard and all there is is a wine glass 2 coffee mugs some plastic bowls no dinner plates I opted for the wine glass Next the dishwasher had a look in and it was a cess pot of bits of decomposing food carrot broccoli I could recognise and the rest was a thick oozing slime that had a rather unpleasant odor NextWifi went connect wrong password was provided and after contacting host or someone they were able to correct that Next the tv I had read on a review that free to air did not work so I packed antenna lead from home in case this was the issue which it was However what f me over was that there was no remote and the tv could only operate with a remote as no buttons on the set it self and so no tv I got onto the host again but nothing was achieved and so no tv And finallyThe washing machine was broken everything worked except the drum rotation on the front loader so all that happened water soap injected drained spin but no spin rinse and no spin at the end Come back open up the door to find a wet soapy mess of clothes That really ruined the stay as we travelled light as far as clothes as knew we could wash each day I was over it and let the host know again really expecting some action but nothing no follow up I decided at this point that a refund should be pursued once got back home I did try with Airshit but they had no intention of being accountable I like wasted a lot of time mails with them when I should have wasted the time on Wotif or Expedia but in the end it made no difference and I gave up on the refund pursuit I won t be bothering with the accc I hope Airshit is in there sights Don t make the mistake I made avoid Airtrip and any non refundable or partially refundable hosts well in advance of your stay Like for me after dec 11 it was non refundable oh and btw stayed at spire Brisbane don t stay or buy an apartment here
