Terrible service No response for weeks Offered a small voucher for compensation of no communication with bag not turning up Turns out they didn t have it in stock - even though it was available on the website Voucher was offered mid October we are now mid November and still no actual voucher received and no communication Have sent multiple of emails

Poor customer service
Poor customer service Ordered two items received one from a matching set and heard nothing about the other Almost three weeks and no response from email or phone Guessing the top is out of stock although still available online and I ll be left with the pants Really disappointed as I love this brand

Purchased a dress from AJE beginning of
Purchased a dress from AJE beginning of November the garment was on sale and advertised as a no return which I accepted I wore the garment once and washed dress per instructions I noticed that the dress frayed around the sleeves not all the way just half I contacted AJE and was advised that this was the way this particular dress went after washing There was no mention on the advertisement of the dress fraying I thought AJE would offer to have it repaired I did advise AJE that I would take it further but unfortunately no responseVery poor service also each time I rang there was no answer in the end I emailed Whilst I love their designs AJE doesn t really care about their customers PS I also forwarded photos of the dress before and after to know avail

If I m could give 0 stars I would For such a high end label their customer service is a complete JOKE Have emailed via web chat for assistance twice this week no response although it stated will respond within hours Have phoned several of their qld stores all week and no one answers Message bank is full and can t leave a message for a call back This will be my FIRST AND LAST purchase of AJE label Will be boycotting and telling others too Total disgrace for all Australians DO BETTER AJE

Same experience as another reviewer If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered a dress on the 23 11 2024 and never received it Tracking status advises that shipping information approved by Australia post on the 26 11 2024 No further updates Have emailed have attempted to contact via web chat and have tried to phone - all channels refer you to e-mail and no-one responds Visited a store and they were unable to help and again referred me to e-mail I have now disputed the transaction with the Bank advising goods never received in an attempt to obtain a refund Terrible customer service and agree with the comment DO BETTER AJE

Dress is beautiful but WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
The Dress is beautiful but I have the worst experience shopping online with Aje for order 638258 The order was incomplete missing dress one dress came with stain and missing dust bags for the dresses There was no respond no apology and no explanation at all from the customer service after I sent them few emails The missing order just being sent to me without explanation Do you know that Kmart even provides much better customer service than this Clearly Aje should employ someone that understands customer service or probably they don t even care with customer service How can a company runs business without thinking from the customer s aspect My order cost almost 850 and your customer service is extremely poor or I should say the worst Please pass this to your management as I m very disappointed with my online order and the customer service you did not provide to address the issues properly and in professional manners

Will never shop there again and would also give 0 stars if I could Brought the Cyma dress online at Black Friday sale The fabric tore after first wear Took it back to a store who said they needed to contact Customer Service The store then rang and said to return the dress for a refund as it was clearly faulty the store were great and that Customer Service would issue the refund to the credit card used to purchase the dress Almost 2-weeks later and the refund has not gone through to my account Have contacted Customer Service 3 times now and no response I am wondering if AJE is in financial trouble

Never shop Aje
I m so sad and disappointed I ordered 5 items After 3 weeks of making the order only 3 items were delivered The customer care team don t reply There s no receipt or order letter in the packaging Even when I made the order I received two emails asking for my address details I had to send 5 emails to get a response and then only 3 items arrived A dress that cost me 300 didn t show This was gift money I received from a relative and used on this brand I will never order again but such a shame because I shopped in store and the experience was very different Do not shop online here the stress isn t worth it

Woah all the trustpilot examples here are indicative of how consistently awful experineces I ve had two purchasing experiences with Aje and neither is great Poor customer service non responsive for a long time after purchasing and misleading information It s not a cheap brand I wouldn t go here there are other brands that deserve your money

If I could give 0 stars I would Such a shame that the delivery customer service at Aje is so so poor I have never experienced a more unhelpful and disorganized process Several items didnt arrive I had to continuously send emails to try and get a response When I paid and made the order I was told my address didnt exist The customer service phone line doesn t work I messaged on Instagram and the person the other end replied with attitude I wish I had the reviews before I made the order I will not purchase from Aje again and I would recommend people to shop elsewhere
