Tired en-suite absolutely transformed

I called Andy after our bathroom supplier s fitter had to leave at short notice leaving us with new en-suite furniture and no-one to fit it all I have used AJM for years for my boiler and heating and they soon called round to quote A price and date were agreed and work commenced in earnest Initial rip-out of the old fittings and first fix went smoothly and soon the tiles were being installed Due to some issues of tile style and finish I had to order different tiles in the same range to suit This could only have been sorted with the advice of Andy s tiling duo so I delayed the job inadvertently by two weeks This delay caused by me was well-managed by Andy and we had all the trades back within a week of the tiles arriving I have to say we are thrilled with the finish of our en-suite It is simply superb AJM s attention to detail their advice their skills and professionalism made the difference it could have gone very pear-shaped mid-way through due to my technical limitations in this field I would recommend them wholeheartedly I don t usually do reviews unless I experience something really bad or really good Fantastic was what we actually got Thankyou Andy and the team

Excellent work and very professional

I found AJM over a year ago on checkatrade com when I was looking to get a brand new boiler and completely new heating installed throughout my property I was offered a good quote for the amount of work so I went for it I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and care taken by Andy and David from AJM Not only did they offer me the best price I could have had for the job but also the work was completed in an immaculate and excellent manner They gave me all the necessary paperwork boiler guide guarantee etc and showed me in detail how to use the boiler and also they cleaned up very neatly after the work was done A year later my dad needed a boiler replacement at his property so I was quick to recommend AJM We did not need to look elsewhere because I had such a great experience previously Andy and Steve managed to finish a big job in just one day and again with a perfect finish My dad was very pleased and happy with the recommendation In short I d recommend AJM to anyone in need of a similar service Thanks once again for all the hard work

New boiler fitting in new location

Had Andy from AJM to move boiler position into newly built extension and fit new Worcester Bosch boiler Andy was prompt tidy and his work better than any I ve seen As he is accredited with Worcester we also got a 12 year warranty on all parts and labour We also used the interest free credit option which meant we could have the boiler in time for all this cold weather The credit application was very easy to do Just to add we are having different trades in our house all the time due to the building work and all have commented on how neat and tidy all the pipe work has been done 100 recommend using AJM We will be again

Back Boiler replaced

Needed a new boiler fitting and old back boiler removing called Andy and he came round even tried to see if he could repair the old one but unfortunately the parts were no longer available so he quoted us for a new boiler and removal of old water tanks We knew this day would come so had already researched what we wanted and Andy advised us on what we could have and what would be best for our set up which was actually a cheaper Worcester unit which was a plus Andy helped us with what we wanted hive and longer warranty and what it would cost and once agreed everything went perfect with no extra costs and was told two days which is what it tooknothing was too much trouble was very professional and all work is done to what looks to be the highest standard would really recommend I won t be using anyone else in future definitely a 10 10 from us

Annual Boiler Service

Annual Boiler ServiceAJM supplied fitted our Worcester Bosch boiler back in 2017 and they have completed it s annual service ever since I wouldn t go anywhere else highly recommend Andy to anyone

First class service

Have used AJM previously to have two bathrooms renovated and a new boiler fitted So pleased with the bathrooms and new boiler first class service and very tidy Used AJM at my moms recently Old boiler moved from kitchen and a new combi relocated in the airing cupboard Another great job which had a few difficulties but nothing a problem Would have no hesitation in recommending AJM for all work from boiler replacement to whole new bathrooms

It is very easy to give a review - from the initial response to the problem through to completion of the installation of the new boiler Just nice to witness and experience two tradesmen in Andy and Steve who take care and personal pride in their work from protection of the property having the correct tools and materials for the job in hand attention to detail in the actual installation instruction on use through to final clean down For a professional job - heating and bathrooms don t hesitate to contact DJG 16 02 2021

Everything you expect from a tradesman but rarely get nowadays

Andy turned up promptly at 8am to fit our new boiler and he was fully Covid compliant His first job was protective covering in the hall kitchen stairs landing and front room covered in plastic He consulted us on everything he did giving us the best advice on where everything should go To say that he went the extra mile would be an understatement Would I use AJM again 100 we will Polite professional tidy punctual Everything you expect from a tradesman but rarely get nowadays
