I have ordered a pair of shoes just to be called by the customer service 2 days later to be told they do not have the specific size I ordered in stock I am looking now on their website and the model and size I ordered still appears to be in stock Is this a scam Please remove the shoes from your webpage if you don t have them stock

No effort made by Akeleje to seek warranty on shoes that s breaking
Purchased a pair of On trail running shoes but only intending to use them as everyday sneakers After 6 months of use in circulation with other shoes the fabric torn on top of both shoes where they crease Sent the shoes in self paid return only to get a call from an employee saying that they did not want to accept them under warranty because they knew On wouldn t accept the claim Expensive shoes used in less demanding conditions than intended and no support from customer service what so ever Cannot recommend purchasing from this shop
