Very happy with our Akicon range

Very happy with our Akicon range hood I remodeled our home summer of 2022 and I selected Akicon through Amazon due to its sleek design ability to exhaust alot of air and its dimensions I had to rework the bottom of the cabinet to replace the very small original vent fit perfectly My wife loves the extra light and its ability to remove cooking odors we usually use the middle setting for cooking the high position is noticeably louder but it moves a tremendous amount of air I did have a problem with one of the LED side lights going out but after contacting their customer service I was sent out a replacement light in a couple of days so I will say it again I am very pleased with the range hood and I would definitely buy it again And a big Thank You to Lisa my customer service representative that I had numerous emails with to insure I got the correct size and light wave color that I needed in a very timely manner

Honoring the warranty

We remodeled our kitchen and installed the Akicon faucet coppery and high In the 2nd year of daily use the sprayer head developed an errant water stream like a leak when in use One call to Akicon customer service supplying some basic information to establish warranty status and send a short video and a replacement was on its way It arrived today and works perfectly Thank you Akicon for a beautiful faucet and for excellent customer service

Great bathroom light ceiling fan even better customer service

Purchased their bathroom light ceiling fan to upgrade our bathroom Unfortunately I broke the glass cover while unpacking I contacted Akicon customer service and Lisa had sent a replacement within 4 days Her communication was prompt and very helpful The product itself is better than I expected Easy to replace install The fan suction is good with a decent noise level

As a designer I purchased a custom stainless steel range hood from Akicon for my clients and they designed it to suit my preferences The ability to customize every aspect was fantastic Although the production time was a bit lengthy but this range hood is perfect my clients have been raving about it I will continue to work with Akicon

Worst customer service on the planet Over a more than 2-week I tried using the chat tried calling tried emailing in order to get a small technical question answered regarding customization process that company touts on their website The only response I got were calls from the call center in the Philippines from people who didn t know sh t from shinola Finally I gave up When the last call center person called me at 7 00 in the morning I said I wouldn t buy a range hood from Akicon if it was the last company on the planet I d rather redesign my entire kitchen then purchase anything from them again Oh and just for fun Read on the website where it says who pays for returns regarding their return policy Anyone who can explain the policy to me wins
