The online ordering process was very easy and the building design tool was great to work with before talking to someone Once I was ready to order talking with a representative from alans went smoothly and then being passed on to Carolina Carports Inc representative went well I ordered a larger building 50 X 50 placing the order in June 2023 and the crew installed the building in September 2023 so the lead time was 2-3 months as predicted on the website Depending on the size of your building you may have to pay for rental of a telelifter around 2000 extra and possibly a portapotty for the work crew
