After the drop-down buckle on the leather backpack I purchased randomly broke Alaskan Leather shipped me a new buckle to easily install myself free of charge rather than going through the tedious shipping process of replacing the entire bag It was the perfect solution and I commend Alaskan Leather s great customer service in addition to their quality leather
