No refund after 10 weeks Order received at aldo on 19th jan I got this message Dear Customer Aldo Group UK went into administration 1 July 2020 My company purchased ALDO UK franchise and took over 18 01 2021 we are a brand new franchise holder with our own systems warehouse ordering the works Unfortunately customers whom purchased prior to 18 01 2021 such as yourself and need to return or refund goods have to be directed towards the old company as we cannot assist you We have no order history details or way of refunding you as your order was not placed with us Aldo Group will help you and sort out your return refund I have asked them to reach out to you and they usually do so in 72 hrs Kind Regards Guest Care

The CEO whose email is freely available on the internet is a nasty piece of work He responded sarcastically to my email when chasing an order and said I should choose kindness He s a nasty old vile man that needs to learn he s only where he is today because of customers Will never shop with this company again

Extremely disappointed by the service I
Extremely disappointed by the service I have received from aldo I purchased a pair of slippers on 30 December as a gift for a friend Slippers were priced at 19 98 money was taken out my account However I never received a confirmation email or email informing me to come and collect the item from my requested store I send them an in email on the their direct website even though it states a member staff will be in contact within 12 hours no one contacted me in two day

Can not change delivery address
I have written correct delivery address but it changed once I payed with Apple Pay There is no button to change address or even cancel the order Customer service answers to emails in 10 days and products are shipped within 7 days so you can not even ask them to cancel the order before it is shipped

There is no return policy It is only said but not acted upon
The personnel and management of the store are very irresponsible After wearing the shoes for two hours in my room I felt extremely uncomfortable and after three days I tried to return the shoes Even though the return policy was 30 days they didn t take it back from me and said it was worn and I said well if I hadn t worn it I wouldn t have noticed that the shoes were inappropriate Definitely by looking at the shoes you can t come to the conclusion that it is suitable or not Their behavior was very disrespectful and I will never buy from this store again They are rude irresponsible and I felt that they are scammers

Horrible worst ever customer service
Quality is poor prices are too high Even at sales What a horrible customer service the worst ever the item was lost delivered to someone else name on the card different when ordered online and one month late I had to run around the whole street to find it impossible to talk on the phone or chat had to wait days for email replies all the time now that the shoes are returned and I can track it another month to wait to refund Horrible never again will I ever buy anything from you

Disappointed Customer
I had Stopped by my favorite shoe store Aldo Cross Creek Mall to purchase a black side purse the young lady at the register was on her phone and she stayed on the phone the entire time and had me waiting in line at the register for 10 mins while she went back in the back to finish her conversation She had very poor customer service skills she cost the store a sell I did not purchase the bag at all Very Disappointed in AldoPlease hire better help

order not delivered for 11 days and cancelled
Bought shoes online with 3-5 business days delivery 9 days later no updates so I reached out to follow-up where is my delivery and got an automatic email saying that they will reply in 5 business days Eventually 11 days after the purchase my order was cancelled by Aldo I bought these shoes for an event and this completely ruined my plans as I had no time to look for something else All I received is sorry for the inconvenience

Disgusting Paid extra for next day delivery for my Sons birthday and haven t received Don t even answer my emails Totally disgusted Should be out of business but the payments with no completion of order will keep them afloat Should be taken off line so no one else falls victim
