Had a service call set up the tech Greg called and he was able to diagnose the problem working with me on the phone Which was great it saved me the waiting time that I used to take care of other personal issues Thank you Greg for your patience and help

I had a great experience with the scheduling replacing the control panel and the installation of the new surveillance video cameras by the installer tech Felipe Felipe was great He was very polite and worked well with me and my family as far as making us happy with the installation If the cameras and how to operate the new control panel

Oscar is excellent and always a pleasure to have come to our home Very knowledgeable and professional Oscar takes pride in his work and make us feel in good hands Alert 360 should consider more training for updated and new products being added We have been with Alert 360 for about a year now and on several occasions these techs have to call each other for help because they have not been shown the how to do out in the field The Alert 360 app needs a major update or redo Not the most user friendly to find info about your account If you call tech support they don t understand in comparison what they see to what you see Anthony and Larry are the best in support I just hope Alert360 which is a great company now doesn t go down the road ADT did a few years ago That bumpy road is why I left and use Alert360
