Very problematic to deal with
Very problematic to deal withYou have to speak to different companies to make a booking at Great Fosters hotel rather than deal with the hotel directTried to make bookings for Christmas and have gone round in circles when trying to book a stay for 9 people Different prices advertised I requested a phone call because emails were taking too long to be replied to but received nothing I then called and was told that the booking I d reserved the day before was no longer an option I asked to speak a manager and he was just as unhelpful and kept repeating the same thing over and again like a robot Terrible company to deal with

Sadly shocking
Sadly shocking So overrated and overpriced Cold spa experience passable food grubby carpets below par cleaning in a spa suite arguable staff and then your bill is popped under door before breakfast Don t waste your hard earned money taking a well earned break here It has gone down hill massively

Awful spa
Awful spa We arrived for the first time for spa treatments today and were not acknowledged when we came in Once they bothered to look up from the counter they said they would show us where to go and then just left us We then had to actively go and ask what was happening We had booked treatments with the premise of using the spa facilities We were told us that it wasn t included despite it stating on the website it did We asked to pay additional and it was a straight no with no explanation The massages were really bad and were shorter than we had booked The service is atrocious for a five star hotel It s more like 1 star The managers are incredibly rude without any customer service experience Don t go here it s a waste of money
