Don t expect a refund if you send something back

To be allowed a refund I first had to text back and forth with the support a thousand times After sending the item that didn t come in the proper size back I wasn t paid back in months It was when I contacted the PayPal support that the shop wanted to give me my refund For that they wanted me to close my PayPal ticket I didn t because I couldn t reopen it if they tried to scam me again so I would not recommend to buy anything at this store if you want a support that you can talk to properly or expect to get your money back after a refund

Return information never arrived

I ve bought a pair of retro zip jeans and when they were arrived I found that they were too big so I ve requested the information in an email return They told me that will be at least 7 working days to got that but till today I didn t received eniting

i ordered one pair of retro zip jeans on 12 of february i choose the quick shipement order 11261 and today its 12 of march One month later i never recive anything Where is my pack I try to contact the support email for questions on 19 of february cause the time of shipement was 24 48 hours and they didn t responde Now I pay 70 total i cant have any response or sum What should i do Can someone reply me Are my money left I think so sorry cause this pair of jeans was my iconic dream but this is enough
