At first - everything seemed great I ordered some trousers and they arrived very fast But the return has only been possible by multiple mails and discussions about getting the money back or a credit note for their shop At least I had to pay shipping and did not get that money back I would never order something again at Alienation

Don t expect a refund if you send something back
To be allowed a refund I first had to text back and forth with the support a thousand times After sending the item that didn t come in the proper size back I wasn t paid back in months It was when I contacted the PayPal support that the shop wanted to give me my refund For that they wanted me to close my PayPal ticket I didn t because I couldn t reopen it if they tried to scam me again so I would not recommend to buy anything at this store if you want a support that you can talk to properly or expect to get your money back after a refund
