I started service with this company the

I started service with this company the end of August never recieved my aligners and it is November all they sent out was a impression kit In October they tried to sell me a static aligner for a 100 Then they tried to sell me retainers that cost more than the aligners so in the end you are paying hidden cost Poor customer service I asked for a refund and they just kept giving me different excuses and asking for more money
