Boiler service no show

We booked a boiler service The booking was confirmed to be between 0800 and 0900 on the 22nd November On the morning of the visit we were contacted by the company saying that due to the engineer calling in sick the appointment was cancelled and they would notify us of a rescheduled appointment After a week we texted the company for a new appointment they have not had the decency to respond We have now gone elswhere
