Charged for services I did not request Second debit from my account from 2 baby sites now in 2 days Both have identical chat pages I don t have a baby so very perplexed Have been advised that refunds and cancelled memberships have taken place but yet to have recieved

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIES
I was under the impression that I was buying a Stanley cup There were 2 transactions that happened on that day I sent out emails and I then got a call on the 8th from Eugene with regards to the company debiting from my account a subscription that I was not aware off While on the call she urged me to write a review saying that she had called me in order for me to be able to get my refund On the call I was told that I would be refunded but when the money arrived it short they refunded some of the 1st deduction and did not refund the 2nd deduction When I queried it they made me feel stupid and said I should properly check my statement to see what deductions happened Of which on that email I had also sent the screenshot as proof of the 2 deductions and the amounts
