Very committed delivered very on time The standard is as exactly as told I must say about the New Home Consultant Dennis Fochesato who helped us from day 1 gave us confidence and supported us in every aspect to make it on time and easy for us The builder was also efficient in construction fittings and paintings etc We are very thankful to Alam Property Group for this wonderful job done

Allam have been really easy to deal with Fast responses and were very accomodating for us each time we wanted to come visit the house leading up to settlement Only negative is having to pay a non-refundable 1 000 to see the contract Luckily we were happy with everything if not we would have lost that

Prompt thorough

Allam homes were very prompt with contacting my daughter to organise 90 day inspection further maintenance to occur Ray was very friendly helpful and thorough in completing jobs around the home that were found in the 90 days inspection He took the time to point out things that he noticed to be repaired that my daughter I had no knowledge of Ray cleaned up in all areas he worked in never left a mess behind He made sure to explain what he was doing is very knowledgeable Overall extremely happy with Allam homes - especially Ray Scott who have both checked in with myself to see how my daughter is going in her new home

It was a very easy transition from when we first enquired to exchange of contract

My experience with Alllam was a pleasant experience from the outset Lisa the Sales person was personable and very helpful I am thrilled with my home Brendan the Manager is always available for useful advice The facilities are second to none My overall experience with Allam was enjoyable I look forward to spending many more years here
