Chris is very knowledgeable and professional installing our printer and fixing our IT problems swiftly while explaining how everything worked as he went along He s also a very nice guy We are glad to have found him and will certainly be consulting him on any IT problems we might have in the future

Phoned these guys Chris came straight out within the hour sourced the problem and that was on a Saturday and ordered part for next day delivery Chris came back out to my studio on the Sunday to make sure we were back up and running for work Cant thank Chris enough genuine and reasonable now have our own reliable tech guy thanks so much

Chris is very warm and friendly and extremely Knowledgeable and professional I had a serious issue with the hard drive packing up on my desk top computer and i was very concerned indeed that i was going to lose some very important data permanently not too worry Chris very swiftly diagnosed and sorted everything out for me all in the comfort of my own home Chris also arrived bang on the agreed appointment time and his charges are very reasonable indeed i can t recommend Chris highly enough Steve

Chris has managed to move lots of photos documents downloads etc from a very old laptop 13years to my new laptop Very grateful that he has done this He also added some apps and connected it to the printer Jobs which were completely beyond me I feel very confident in all that he has done and would happily recommend his help to anyone

I found Chris s company through Which Trusted Trader and he was absolutely trustworthy I had bought a laptop from a well known reputable brand and it was faulty from the start but they just kept trying to send me through technical support Chris wrote a full report so I could prove the laptop was faulty and eligible for a refund and he even went the extra mile to consult a legal advisor on consumer law I sent the complaint today with his report which was very comprehensive and professional and he was just great to work with
