They withdrawn twice money from my acount this month and i don t know for what Paid for a toy and never received I would love to know why

This company is truly a scam just this passed sunday my account was credited without my knowledge an amount of 6 95euros I had to rush to the bank to change my banking details I have never subscribed with them Now i have lost double cause i had to pay a fee for a new bank card

I had a horrible experience Please make sure that I do not ever have an account with this company it already makes my pressure go high when I said countless times on emails to delete this account and now you asking me to delete again Horrible horrible horrible The only thing that was good is that you can speak to someone but it s such an inconvenience to get your own money back from someone or thing that you have not given any consent to take moneys from you I hate the fact that you have my personal bank details and access to my bank account I hope that is also deleted from your system Going forward please send an email asking a client if they want this with a signature of approval that you can access their account Respect other peoples personal stuff Earn their trust first I had a horrible experience with your company Never again trust broken please refund me and delete this account and get rid of my banking details Your company has committed fraud Terrible name to the company word of mouth is powerful don t ruin that
