I bought a set of wheels and my money was stolen

I bought a set of wheels to my car I ve paid more than 3000kr for the whole Pirelli set but unfortunately I ve never got the wheels This company it s a scam even some emails have been send to them now it s already more than a month and no emails have been reply yet The phone numbers are out of service and no one answers them I m very upset about it cause they cannot just be walking around stealing people s money Legal actions will be taking place to stop this thieves from stealing other folks money

I should have noticed their 50 negative rating but I mistakenly ordered Re Ordre nr DK1083881Error in tracking information given to me and overall slow to ship out if they really did If I could give 0 stars I would I ordered and paid for 4 tires from this company alled k365 dk on 6th Sept Order DK1083881 I received useless worthless tracking numbers on the 8th-Apparently there are 2 tracking numbers using DPD shipping Evidentially the tracking s are incorrect It states that the shipments are returned to sender and unable to deliver Its complete nonsense as both my wife and I are home all day The company has terrible or poor communication processes Their telephone 45 78 74 6924 does not even work I want correct tracking numbers for delivery or I want an immediate refund Very poorly managed delivery process

Think about this before you order from Alledaek365Bought 4 top end tiers one had a fabrication fail From start I had the impression that Alledaek 365 wouldend take my reclamation serious Every time I send the information they required they answered with new request which the got within short time After about 25 email they have stopper answering So before you order - check Trustpilot and see what you will deal with - I don t recommend to shop here I have 15-18 vehicles and use lots of tires but never from 365 anymore This is for my principal

Ordered 4 19 inch tyres I received 3 x 19 inch and 1 x 18 inch Sent the wrong one back two weeks ago Their phone doesn t work hasn t been working since I get answered my emails with no info They don t know where the tyre is they won t send a new one instead even though I as a customer have no stake in this Never again
