Do not work with this company Scam Paid 5K and no agreement was made to the IRS and I was still put into collections with the IRS

Never do business with these snakes again They are not honest They will scam you for every penny you have And they will charge any credit card you give them even if you don t give them permission for whatever amounts they want And they will promise to get you to just pay penalties and interest and then before you know it you are paying more than you were paying before By the time they got done screwing around our taxes were paid from our year 2023 so no thanks to them Plus they took our money And never figured out our taxes were paid and were still trying to get us to sign paperwork for a payment plan A day late and many thousands of our money blown Great job Alleviate Tax NOT Stay away from unhonest guys

This company is tantamount to fraud

This company is tantamount to fraud Their sales team got all of my info - assets debts bank statements - and told me it would a no-brainer to cut my taxes Then it took them ages to do my 2023 taxes they were supposed to file my California taxes - they never did They were supposed to cut my federal taxes down - they called me and said just pay them in full I don t think they ever talked to the IRS They got thier up-front money and just dumped me They should rot in jail DO NOT EVER USE THESE PEOPLE - THEY ARE A SCAM

Looking back now the first person I spoke to was a salesman who convinced me they could deliver the moon After a year my case is still dragging on I have been handed around from one case manager to the next like a hot potato save your money and go elsewhere

Poor communication with clients

I signed up with this company after a lengthy conversation The gentleman was quite knowledgeable Unfortunately that was the last conversation with a live person I received plenty of text messages about uploading paperwork to client portal however I am unable to log in because it says my email doesn t exist No matter how often I call there is never anyone available I respond to texts asking for help but don t get a response They have taken a lot of my money but provide no actionable service or communication

DO NOT USE this company You have been WARNED

Crooks Sham artists They take all your info then say how they have this great record of getting your debt reduced by at least 50 or more for people like in your situation blah blah blah DON T BELIEVE THEM They take your money then a year later tell you you don t qualify so you end up now owing the penalties and fees for IRS plus the original debt They say well everyone s situation is a little different and we never promised just said we d try I paid them 1600 for nothing No recourse shame on i you for believing I wish I d read reviews before signing with them other companies have much better reviews They will tell you whatever they need to get your money liars and cheats

This company is an absolute scam They re nothing but crooks They promise you the world when you first speak to them but you re not talking to a tax consultant you re talking to a salesman A salesman They dangle promises like they ll reduce your debt or qualify you for some Fresh Start Program but guess what Those programs are already available to anyone who does a quick Google search or contacts the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service directly for free If you re dead set on hiring a company find a local reputable firm or CPA These people don t even let you come into their office probably because they know their scam would fall apart in person They ll try to charge you 495 upfront and if you say no they ll bully you into agreeing If you hold out long enough they ll lower the fee to 195 It s all about how much commission they can squeeze out of you they don t care about helping you If you re foolish enough to proceed you ll meet a so-called supervisor or compliance officer who is just another glorified salesman trained to prey on your fear They ll spew lies about the IRS having levels like ACS human interaction revenue officers and prison all nonsense The IRS will notify you if you re in real trouble but this company thrives on making you panic And here s the kicker if you owe the IRS 10 000 they ll charge you 8 000 to 9 000 just to handle it Need tax prep That s another 1 000 And if you can t afford it No problem they ll help you get a personal loan with an absurd APR of 25 30 Let s do some math 10 000 IRS debt 8 000 fees 3 000 in loan interest double your original debt And for what An installment agreement you could ve set up on your own or with the help of a local CPA for a fraction of the cost If you think it can t get worse wait until you meet their so-called backend team a bunch of high school kids and a handful of CPAs or attorneys who aren t doing anything special They ll gaslight you saying you didn t send documents or respond on time and they ll hang up on you when you try to call them out Run Run as fast as you can from this place They are manipulative deceitful and will leave you worse off than when you started Don t fall for their nonsense and don t let them twist this into even Disney gets bad reviews They re not Disney They re a scam Thank you for coming to my angry TED Talk

Great service reasonable fees

Great service and the fees are reasonable Tax Debt it s not a very calm issue to handle but these guys helped me to stay calm
