This was the worst experience ever Paid them over 1000 This company NEVER answers the phone NEVER returns messages or responds to emails I had to do a charge back with my bank BEWARE

Scam They take your money but never schedule the tests No calls back no emails back Offices are abandoned

Horrible experience and we may be out over 1 000

We purchased the 24 hour package of lessons package back on July 8th 2022 for just under 1 500 Since that time my son has received a total of three two-hour lessons His last two appointments the instructor ghosted him And now it appears the Tampa office may be closed No notification of any kind from the company Repeated phone calls go unanswered and an email to their scheduling department is also unanswered In researching the company I see the owner Mark Allen submitted a petition for chapter 11 bankruptcy on September 22nd 2022 in response to a law suit that appears to be labor practices related They have numerous complaints with the Better Business Bureau who recently suspended their account I m guessing we are now out over 1 000 in lessons that will never happen I m furious If they fail to provide the services for which they have been paid I will be anxiously awaiting the results of the bankruptcy Should they continue in business on the other side everyone who has lost money should ensure they do not continue doing business without full public awareness of their practices Might be worth investigating the other business ventures Mark Allen owns

I am waiting for six months to activate

I am waiting for six months to activate my drug alcohol video I cannot reach them for a long time and when I reach they just send me the same e-mail over and over again ignoring my problem They are very unprofessional and irresponsible

No Lesson Availability and a Blanket No Refund Policy

Do not under any circumstances use this company before calling to check their lesson availability Signed up online for lessons on May 24th 2022 Despite advertising that I would be contacted in 3 to 4 days to schedule - we were contacted over a week later Then we find out that the next available lesson is 5 to 6 weeks out Decided to cancel all lessons since we needed to get our driver licensed in early summer Now I m being told that I m not eligible for a refund due to their blanket No Refund Policy Spoke with an additional manager and she was rude and literally yelled at me and spoke over me Do what I didn t do Read the BBB reviews Read the Facebook reviews Read the Trustpilot reviews Then you might not be out 715 like I am Now I m going through my credit card company to hopefully get a refund This school operates in many locations throughout Florida - but everything seems to go through a central processing call center I m leaving this review on every page that I can

This company is a scam They take your money online and you just lost your money No service no refunds No phones answered calls returned or people in the office The phone line is experiencing heavy call volumes always If you do get someone on the line they make promises they dont keep I ve been trying to get a refund or driving classes scheduled for 8 months Check the BBB this company is a scam I sent an email to the florida hwy department asking them to take them off their website

Total SCAM

A couple of months ago I paid 1 650 for 24 lessons which were supposed to be 1 5 hour in length The first lesson was supposed to be the following Friday and I was assured that somebody was going to contact me to schedule the exact time Of course that didn t happen After MULTIPLE attempts to get a hold on somebody and emailing the lady which took my CC payment over the phone I decided to email her once again asking for cancellation and refund She was SO KIND to answer my email sending some made up schedule of 2-hour in length lessons I explained once again that my teenage daughter can t drive for 2 hours straight and that lady KINDLY suggested to help me reschedule Since then I have emailed her MULTIPLE times no response These company is a well thought SCAM that is made to look legit I have filed a dispute with my CC company and got my money refunded Disgusting experience and waste of time

Charged me 200 because they cancelled my service

I received an unreasonable schedule of 3 hours of lessons across 5 sessions all in the same day I didn t ask for or approve this schedule and they wouldn t let me cancel it ahead of time when I emailed about it Then on the day of the lessons their instructors called to cancel all 5 sessions but they charged me for the late cancelation for a total of 200 in fees

Have an appointment we show up on time no car and driver to do traning hours They have us wait an hour then tell us to leave they will call us to reschedule No call when they call they do not seem to care that they have wasted our time and make no effort to try and get us back into schedule quickly As asked for a discount for our time wasted which was at least 2 hours and they said a manager Gladys would call us back still waiting 4 days later Choose another vendor that values your time and business
