I wish I could give a zero ordered headphones and haven t received them I am now 20 out of pocket and all emails I get back are automated replies telling me not to worry I just wished I checked the reviews before ordering I am now in contact with my bank and will be making every one aware of this sham company they have a uk email address and not a uk product

No cust service follow up

Having now read reviews I should have probably known I know it s busy but my issue is the lack of response to my queries sent I am trying to chase order 142966 for which I ve had no tracking or updates when chased This seems like the only way to get a response which is disappointing
