Received my order of seafood dumplings today Overnighted packed in dry ice it showed up fresh Got the shrimp crab lobster dumplings Cooked the lobster dumplings tonight they were fabulous Plenty of lobster in the little dumplings as opposed to just filler Good tasting dumpling sauce that accompanied it as well Very happy with the purchase and the 1st tasting Here s a tip don t use too much water if you re going to pan cook them Mine started to fall apart before I added the oil to fry crisp them It s all a learning process but delicious even still

I live in Arkansas so the availability of fresh seafood is scarce I don t mind paying for quality My second order arrived quickly and was very cold but not frozen The pompano were a lot smaller this time but still a good size for the price I will be ordering again R Messer
